Terms & conditions

Participation

By registering, the team leader confirms that they may submit the listed player information and that their team agrees to the event-specific rules.

Organizer review

All registrations may be reviewed, waitlisted, or rejected. A pending registration does not guarantee a team slot. Organizers may request corrections or publish schedule changes.

Fair play

Participants must follow game and tournament rules, respect fellow players, and protect private tournament information. Violations may result in removal from an event.

Changes and cancellations

Tournament schedules and details may change. If an event is cancelled, room information will be hidden and the organizer will publish an update.
